Canceling & Rescheduling of Sessions
All therapy sessions are non-refundable once a session has been completed or missed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.
However, sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or appointments that are missed without notice, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
We understand that unexpected situations can occur, and we appreciate early communication so we can best support you while maintaining fairness in scheduling.
Important Notice
When you purchase a multi-session package or program, you are reserving our time and support for your full healing journey.
Because of this, package payments are non-refundable once the program has started.
However, any unused sessions can be rescheduled within the package validity period, as long as you inform us in advance and there is availability
Exceptions & Digital Products
Digital Products
All sales of digital products — such as downloadable workbooks, online courses, and PDF guides — are final.
Because these materials are available immediately after purchase, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in rare situations, such as:
- Technical errors that result in duplicate payments, or
- A service cancellation initiated by Flourish & Thrive.
