Format & Accessibility
All counseling sessions are conducted exclusively online to offer you flexible and convenient support for relationship, emotional, and personal challenges.
Scope of Service
While online counseling is effective for many, it is not a substitute for emergency care. This service is not suitable for individuals experiencing a medical emergency, a severe mental health crisis, or any situation requiring immediate, in-person intervention.

To confirm your appointment, all sessions must be paid for in advance through our secure online payment system.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your session at no additional cost by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations & Refunds
  • Missed Sessions: Refunds are not provided for "no-shows" or sessions missed without prior notice.
  • Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the full session fee.
  • Timely Communication: If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer that time slot to another client in need.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another individual on our waiting list.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
  • Full Fee Applied: Appointments missed without prior notice ("no-shows") or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to an online session, the meeting will still end at the scheduled time to remain fair to the next client.

Limitation of Services

Scope of Practice

Our counseling services provide professional guidance for relationship, emotional, and personal growth. These sessions are intended for non-emergency support and are not a substitute for specialized psychiatric treatment or medical care.
Crisis Restrictions
We do not provide 24/7 crisis intervention. Our services are not suitable for individuals who:
  • Are in immediate physical danger.
  • Are experiencing a severe psychiatric or medical emergency.
  • Require intensive, in-person supervision or hospitalization.
Safety First
If you are in crisis or feel unsafe between sessions, please do not wait for our scheduled meeting. Contact your local emergency services or a 24/7 crisis hotline immediately. Your safety is the highest priority, and in an emergency, immediate medical or local intervention is necessary.
