We are a faith-rooted mental health and therapy organization founded on the conviction that no woman, child, or family should remain trapped in the pain of their past. Whether you are carrying the weight of childhood trauma, struggling to break free from toxic relationship patterns, or simply trying to find your way back to yourself, you have found a safe place.

Our work is rooted in three unshakable convictions drawn from Isaiah 61, Genesis 12, and the Great Commission of Jesus Christ, that broken lives can be restored, that restored lives can bless others, and that one person’s healing can change an entire generation.

We exist for women, children, and families who are ready to break free from trauma, childhood wounds, and unhealthy relationship patterns so they can heal, rediscover their identity, and build the life God designed for them. Whether you can afford therapy or not. there is a place for you here.

I have never tried therapy before. How do I know if it is right for me?

If you have ever felt emotionally stuck, struggled with patterns you cannot seem to break, or carried pain from your past into your present. therapy may be exactly what you need. You do not need to be in crisis to seek support. Healing is for everyone who is ready to grow. We offer a free clarity call so you can speak with Elizabeth, ask your questions, and decide if this is the right step for you, with no pressure and no commitment.

Can I get support if I cannot afford to pay for therapy?

Yes, absolutely. We believe healing should never be out of reach because of money. That is why we offer free counselling sessions twice a week, free downloadable resources, free daily worksheets, free YouTube videos, and a free clarity call. Our paid services fund our free services so that no one who is ready to heal is ever turned away. You are welcome here regardless of your financial situation.

Is therapy against my faith? Can I still pray and go to church while attending sessions?

Absolutely yes. Faith and therapy are not opposites.they are partners in healing. Elizabeth is a woman of faith who understands that God uses many pathways to restore His people. Isaiah 61 is the foundation of everything we do here. You do not have to choose between your relationship with God and your healing journey. At Flourish & Thrive with EA both are honoured and both are welcome.
