Faqs
Will I have to share my personal story in front of everyone?
Sharing is always your choice. You are never pressured to disclose anything you are not comfortable with. Many people find that hearing others share creates the safety they need to open up gradually. You participate at your own pace.
How is a group healing session different from individual therapy?
Individual therapy focuses entirely on your specific history and goes deeper into personal patterns. Group healing sessions provide community, shared learning, and the powerful experience of knowing you are not alone. Many people do both, individual therapy for depth and group sessions for community and connection.
Is everything shared in the session kept confidential?
Absolutely. Every participant signs a confidentiality agreement before joining. What is shared in the group stays in the group. Elizabeth also upholds strict professional ethical standards in every session.
Can I join if I have never been to therapy before?
Yes. Group healing sessions are a gentle, supportive entry point into healing for people who have never accessed professional mental health support before. You do not need prior therapy experience to join and benefit.
What if I cannot afford the session fee?
Visit our free counselling page. We offer free individual counselling sessions twice weekly for women who cannot afford paid support. Your financial situation will never be a barrier to healing at Flourish and Thrive with EA.
